Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Welcome to DECS (Dual-Layer Entangled Crisis Scenarios), at decsintel.com. By creating an account or using DECS, you agree to these terms.

What DECS is

DECS is a geopolitical crisis analysis tool — a seismograph, not a forecaster. You submit a question about a crisis or regional situation; DECS runs it through a multi-agent AI pipeline that gathers evidence, tests competing explanations, and returns a reading of what regime the situation is currently in, alongside a plain-language summary.

DECS does not predict the future, and it is not professional advice. Nothing DECS produces should be treated as financial, legal, military, or policy advice, or as a reliable prediction of what will happen. DECS's analysis is generated by AI systems working from publicly available evidence, and — like any analysis, human or AI — it can be incomplete, wrong, or reflect gaps in the evidence available to it at the time. Decisions with real consequences should never rest on DECS's output alone.

Acceptable use

Don't use DECS to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

The questions and context you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you give DECS the license needed to process them (including sending them to the AI services that power the analysis) and to store and display the resulting readings back to you. We don't claim ownership of what you submit, and — as covered in the Privacy Policy — we don't make your private scenarios public.

AI-generated content

DECS's analysis, including its confidence scores, is generated by AI systems and reflects an automated process, not human editorial judgment on each individual reading. Confidence scores describe how well-supported a reading is by the evidence and internal review process — they are not a probability that any particular outcome will occur.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DECS is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DECS and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its output.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update DECS's features or these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above, and where appropriate, communicated directly.

Termination

You may stop using DECS and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for operational reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
